Friends for Life has partnered with Baylor University’s Diana R. Garland School of Social Work to develop “A Complete Guide to Guardianship,” a unique online training opportunity. The comprehensive package of all 11 modules is perfect for professional guardians or persons interested in becoming professional guardians. The JBCC has approved 16.5 guardianship CEUs for the comprehensive package. There are also smaller packages designed specifically for family guardians, court staff, social workers, geriatric care managers, disability advocates, and more.
The curriculum was written by guardianship professionals with years of experience, including attorneys, certified master guardians, and masters-level social workers. Special thanks to Ann Harder KXXV, a Central Texas media personality, for being the presenter of all the really excellent information in this training.
