Gluten-free Bakery Products (Gluten-free bakery products are more dense and heavy than gluten products.)

Daniel Pacheco, master baker, was trained by the French chef Bruno Clevaire. After his apprenticeship with Chef Clevaire he started the famous Hyde Park Bakery in Austin, TX.  Daniel has since lived in Upstate NY and Silver City, NM. In both towns he owned and operated the Olde World Bakery & Café—a natural foods restaurant. Daniel had been active in downtown civic affairs as well as promoting live music in local central Texas. He has teamed up with Robin to promote healthy lifestyles by providing whole unprocessed foods made from scratch.

Robin Jeep, nutritional chef and coauthor with Richard Couey, PhD of The Super Antioxidant Diet and Nutrition Guide. She is the creator of a new and delicious super antioxidant cuisine called Vibrant Cuisine® http://www.vibrantcuisine.com.

As a personal chef, Robin has prepared meals for such celebrities as Paul McCartney, Mikhail Baryshnikov, and Seal. She credits Dr. Couey, professor and cell physician, and Dr. Fuhrman, physician and best selling author, with much of her scientific nutritional education. She currently teaches Vibrant Cuisine food preparation classes at the Whole Foods Market Culinary Center in Austin, Texas and she teaches The Super Antioxidant Diet Reclaim Your Health Course at MCC.
